Plan Your Visit

The Wyckoff Farmhouse Museum grounds are open Tuesday-Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from May – October. The Museum is closed on Sundays from November – April.

The Museum hosts school visits every morning from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Tuesday-Friday.

Walk-In Tours:

Tuesday through Friday: 1:00pm and 3:00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm

Don’t hesitate to call ahead to see what events or group tours might be taking place.

Reservations are required for groups of 6 or more, and group visits include a range of hands-on activities. Reservations are not required for individual visitors, however, all visitors must be accompanied by a guide and you may be asked to wait for the next available guide.

Children (10 and under): FREE
Members: FREE

The Museum sponsors a year-round calendar of paid programs and FREE public events. No reservations are required for Free Events. Reservations are generally required for paid programs.

Directions by train:

D/M or N Lines to 18th Avenue Station. Take the B8 bus northbound toward Rockaway Avenue.

F Line to 18th Avenue Station. Take the B8 bus northbound toward Rockaway Avenue.

# 3 Line to Sutter Avenue/Rutland Road Station. Take B47 bus southbound towards Kings Plaza.

#2 or #5 train to Newkirk Avenue station; change for B8 bus eastbound toward Brookdale Hospital (bus stop is on the southwest corner of Avenue D and Nostrand Avenue); take B8 to Beverly Road & East 59th Street; walk one block south on East 59th to Clarendon Road, the Park is on the south side of Clarendon.

B or Q trains to Newkirk Avenue station; change for B8 bus eastbound (Brookdale Hospital) on Foster Avenue; take B8 east to Beverly Rd. & E.59 Street; walk 1 block south to Clarendon Rd.

A train to Utica Avenue station; At Utica Avenue, (also known as Malcolm X Blvd.) Take the B46 Bus to Clarendon Road (local bus) or Avenue D (limited bus) and walk back one block to Clarendon Road. Cross Utica Avenue and walk east on Clarendon Road 9 blocks, (crossing over King‚s Highway). The Museum is in the Park on the righthand side at E.59th Street, right after McDonalds.

Directions by car:
Manhattan Bridge to Flatbush Avenue; follow Flatbush Avenue south 4 miles to Clarendon Road; turn left on Clarendon Road and proceed 2 miles; Park is on the righthand side at East 59th Street.

Belt Parkway to exit 11N [Flatbush Ave.] Take Flatbush Ave to Ave. T;Turn righton Ave T; Take Ave T to Ralph Ave.; Turn left on Ralph Ave.; Take Ralph Ave. to Clarendon Rd.; Turn left on Clarendon Road and Park is on the lefthand side of the street.

From L.I. or Queens: Belt Parkway to exit 13 [Rockaway Parkway.] Rockaway Parkway. to Ditmas Ave.; Left on Ditmas Ave.; Take Ditmas Ave. to Ralph Ave. Cross Ralph Ave. Park is on the lefthand side of the street.

From Queens & East N.Y.: Jackie Robinson Parkway to East N.Y. Ave; East N.Y. Ave. to Howard Ave., which becomes Kings Highway; Kings Highway to Clarendon Rd.; left on Clarendon Rd. 4 blocks to museum. [bet E.59 St. & Ralph Ave.]
